RAM is a Temporary Storage of memory Where It Lost all The data when a smartphone or a computer is switched off . But it is different from Internal storage or the hard disk . Where the RAM Is Much Faster or even 10000 tymes faster than the Internal storage .
RAM acts the middle man between the internal Storage and Display.

Basically Internal storage is much slower than the RAM AND CPU . CPU can read and write on Display Instantaneously Due to the RAM From Internal storage. For example when we look a game the os fetches the data from the internal storage to the RAM and it Displays on the display. The gadget which has the CPU and RAM will hve the display for sure . As the RAM is the temporary storage where it requires to display the data you want . Having a extra RAM helps for playing games where Game fetches the more frame rates And also it puts much effort on the CPU (Graphics and Maps) . Simply having the extra amount of RAM doesn't Gives you better performance. So that's y we don't hve the 20gb of ram of smartphones because the apps doesn't require that much amount of RAM .so the manufacture should concentrate on producing the RAM for the apps and some leaving some RAM for the multitasking.

Now, having The Faster RAM Or More RAM Doesn't Make Any difference Where Ultimately the RAM Reads And Write Memory From THE internal Storage.
Where the internal storage Is Dead Slow Than the RAM . The RAM must Relay on the internal storage for the information . Ultimately if We hve the less RAM the smartphone becomes lagy and if we hve the more RAM It doesn't help you make anything faster .
IF YOU Hve The Sufficient Ammount of RAM more the an The apps You Use the only way u can make your smartphones faster by using the faster internal storage such as UFS2.0. NOT all The UFS2.0 having the faster reading and writing speeds .
Over all the speed of a Phone depends on the various factors in making lyke the CPU ,GPU ,Display Resolution, NO Of Cores Used and Then at what clocking speeds they Have .

RAM Management is the job to managing how the RAM Gets Used .For example If we hve the 3 apps Loading in the background and if we open the graphic intensive game which require the 3gb of ram and OS calculates the amount of RAM Ieft and it closes the app if it requires the more amount of RAM . Where in Smartphone number of Gigabyte of RAM is not a matter It Depends on How The OS Was Able to Hold Up The Apps Very Aggressively.
When it comes to IOS the memory Management Issue
Was Not There at all because the OS has been Optimised Perfectly For THE Apps . Where has the stock android phones Lyke Google nexus Phone Don't even hve the RAM Management Issues But at Tymes the Apps Tend to Reload Sometimes.. but some manufactures lyke the Samsung hve Noticed This Issue and Fix The Bugs where it has the aggressive RAM Management Issues . These Hve Problems Because these Manufactures Use The Skin On Top of Android .
